Jhana

Jhana is a CNA, on a path to receive her RN. She  aspires to be a dependable doula who can be accessible for any birthing person who needs the extra support. Using her current knowledge from working in a hospital and currently working at the health department in the maternity clinic, she plans to share her expertise and resources to build confidence and trust with her clients

Jenee

Jenee has a passion for serving her community. Serving as a Care Manager for High-Risk Pregnancies and At-Risk Children by day and SEEDS Coordinator by night, she is dedicated to making sure that her clients receive the support and care they deserve. With a passion for maternal health, her experience as a care manager has equipped her with the skills needed to advocate for her clients and empower them to advocate for themselves. She loves educating her clients on local resources and community events they can benefit from.  In her role as a community doula Jenee will ensure that birthing individuals feel supported and equipped with the skills needed to have the birthing experience they desire.

Jennifer

Jennifer is a doula in training,  a Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition coach, and a mother to 5 beautiful girls. She believes in supporting families of all backgrounds and circumstances. Everyone has a right to be heard and respected. Her goal is to empower birthing people and their families to find their peace, power, and confidence during this transformative journey. She is here to help you connect with your inner strength and have a birth experience that honors your mind, body, and spirit. Her approach includes compassionate listening, physical and emotional support, as well as advocating for your needs. Every journey is different, and she would be honored to accompany you on yours.

Rena

Rena is a trained birthing doula, a mother, and a creative. She has a bachelor’s degree in health service management and is a licensed practical nurse.

 

During your pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, her mission will be to empower you through education, help you create the experience you desire, and support you emotionally and physically.

​

Her approach is centered on listening, advocacy, being culturally aware, and helping you create a space where you feel safe, supported, and tailored to your needs. She would be honored to be a part of your birthing journey!

Nau'tika

Nau'tika is a trained birth doula with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from East Carolina University. Her journey into birth work is deeply personal and rooted in my own life experiences and a genuine passion for maternal health and wellness. With a strong foundation as a health educator, she has always been drawn to supporting others through life’s most meaningful transitions. To her, there is no moment more powerful than the journey of childbirth.


She believes every birthing experience should be met with informed care, unconditional support, and respect for your unique preferences. Her approach blends evidence-based guidance with heartfelt compassion. Whether you're giving birth in a hospital, at home, or in a birthing center, she will provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. She takes time to understand what matters most to you, helps you explore your options, and ensures you feel seen, heard, and confident every step of the way.

Taren

 Taren is a birth doula passionate about supporting families through one of life’s most transformative experiences. As a mother of four, she draws from her own birth journeys — both the challenges and the deeply supported moments — to offer compassionate, informed, and personalized care. Her goal is to ensure that every birthing person feels heard, respected, and empowered to make the choices that are right for them and their families.

 

Her work as a birth photographer given her a front-row seat to the incredible range of emotions and strength present during labor and delivery. Witnessing these moments up close has deepened her passion for supporting families and has ultimately inspired her to step further into the role of a doula. With a background in community advocacy and years of experience working with organizations like Moms Demand Action and Planned Parenthood, she brings a trauma-informed, inclusive approach to her work. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, she's here to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support every step of the way. She looks forward to helping you welcome your baby with confidence and care.

De'yana

De'yana is a birth doula with a passion for supporting women, children, and families. She loves walking alongside mothers through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, offering encouragement, comfort, and compassionate care. She’s also a student at East Carolina University, where she continues to grow her knowledge in women’s and children’s health. Her ultimate goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where mothers feel confident, empowered, and uplifted.

Cassie

Cassie is a native of Franklinton, NC. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from East Carolina University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at ECU. She has a strong passion for perinatal/reproductive health and child development, with a focus on supporting women and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Through her research on intergenerational trauma with adolescents and vulnerable populations, Cassie has developed a deep commitment to understanding the ways trauma and social inequities impact health and family systems. As a doula and social worker, she aspires to provide culturally sensitive and compassionate support to birthing individuals and to advocate for equitable, comprehensive care. In her spare time, Cassie enjoys playing with her dog and spending time with family and friends

Desirai
Compassionate support for every birth journey.

Desirai is a full-spectrum doula in Greenville, NC. As a mother of five and proud “Gigi,” she knows how powerful—and challenging—the journey of birth and postpartum can be. Her own traumatic birth experiences inspired her to become a doula, so no family has to feel unsupported.

 

With over 20 years in healthcare as a CNA and current CPR certification, she brings both knowledge and compassion to every family she serves. She is especially passionate about empowering teen mothers and providing the care, advocacy, and encouragement every parent deserves.

Brittany

Brittany, originally from New Bern, NC, is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Nursing. She is deeply passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and making a meaningful impact within her community. With a strong interest in maternal health, Brittany aspires to contribute to important conversations surrounding maternal mortality prevention and birth workers. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, she enjoys expressing her creativity through arts and crafts and spending time reading.

Araceli

Araceli is a bilingual doula in training with a background in social work, extensive experience in the mental health field, and the lived experience of being a mother of four. She brings a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Grounded in both clinical practice and personal journey, she offers a calm and empowering presence, ensuring that every family feels heard, respected, and supported. She is currently completing her certification through DONA International. She is committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care in both English and Spanish. 

 

Soy Araceli doula en formación, bilingüe, con formación en trabajo social, amplia experiencia en salud mental y también como madre de cuatro hijos. Ofrezco un acompañamiento compasivo e informado sobre el trauma durante el embarazo, parto y posparto. Mi práctica clínica y vivencias personales me permiten brindar una presencia serena que empodera y respeta a cada familia. Actualmente finalizo mi certificación con DONA International y me comprometo a ofrecer un cuidado inclusivo y culturalmente sensible en inglés y español.
